Besides removing the mesh filter from all 4 sides, I'm thinking to add an 80x15mm Slim fan to the top above the GPU. With your hardware, I'd just put 1 or 2 140mm fans exhausting over the motherboard and a decent tower cooler on the cpu. Dimensions: Max CPU Cooler Height.
